He has sound experience in personnel administration, which he has gained since 1989 working for large-sized enterprises and associations, where the held material responsibilities and led very big teams.

In 2002, he was licensed as a Labour Consultant and is currently on the Register of the relevant Professional Association of Parma. He joined the Firm in 2025 contributing the specialist skills and expertise he has gained in over twenty years of work in labour law, taxation law, social security law and trade union law.
