He was born in Catania, Italy, in 1977. He graduated in Business and Economics from the University of Parma in 2001. In 2006, he qualified to pursue the profession of Chartered Accountant and, in the same year, was entered in the relevant Register of Parma. Over the years he has engaged in his profession, he has gained specific experience in extraordinary transactions and debt restructuring. He holds office as Court-appointed Commissioner, Liquidator and Receiver within Insolvency procedures. He is the head of the Firm’s Corporate Crisis and Debt Restructuring Area.
