In 2014, she was licensed to pursue the profession of Labour Consultant and has been on the Register of the relevant Professional Association of Parma since the same year. She has been working for the Firm since 2010, where she has achieved constant growth gaining significant skills in labour consulting, personnel administration and in the design of corporate welfare plans.

She assists client enterprises in managing human resources with attention, precision and with an approach always targeting the prevention of disputes and the enhancement of human capital.
