In 2000, he was licensed to pursue the profession of Labour Consultant and has been on the Register of the relevant Professional Association of Parma since the same year; he currently holds institutional offices as the Chairman of the Provincial Council of Labour Consultants and of the Certification and ADR Commission.

His experience encompasses all scopes in personnel administration and management, with specific expertise in labour law litigation and in corporate reorganization procedures, having also held office as HR executive.

He combines technical rigour and the ability to listen, providing our client enterprises with support based on balance, clarity and strategic vision.

He is the head of the Labour Area, leading a team that, every day and in actual fact, puts human value at the centre of each and every organizational process.
